An opportunity to work with the farming and land-use policy team at the Soil Association. 

 

The Soil Association is the UK's leading membership environmental charity campaigning for people and planet-friendly food and farming.

 

You will work closely with the head of policy assisting with research, writing briefings, helping to draft consultation responses and answering queries on a wide range of food and farming issues such as GM, pesticides, animal welfare and food security. You will also have an opportunity to get involved with our public facing campaigns such as ‘Keep Britain Buzzing’.

 

You’ll get support and supervision from the head of policy along with networking and development opportunities. We will also contribute up to £10 per day towards your travel expenses and will give you up to £5 towards your lunch.
