How to garden for life with sustainable natural food gardens

A series of of courses on Tuesdays which can be attended as individual sessions or booked as a complete programme. Sessions cover:

Designing and planning sustainable and organic gardening and farming systems.
Mulching in the forest garden and organic vegetable garden, composting 
Sowing and planting out, soil health, fertility and biodynamics
Care of polytunnel crops, pest and disease management, harvesting for maximum quality and production
Winter ground preparation, harvesting and processing. Green manures, sprouting grains, seeds & pulses
Preparing for winter cropping in polytunnels, preserving and juicing; seed saving
Choosing plant and tree varieties, tree planting, energy & food production
