Will you confirm receipt of delivery for our products?
We aim to confirm receipt of all ambient products delivered to the Bristol office. Due to resource restrictions and tight timescales onsite at the judging, we are unable to confirm receipt of fresh products. If you would like a confirmation of receipt at the judging venue, we suggest either delivering products personally or by using a tracked/signed-for courier service.
As some producers enter both fresh and ambient products and choose to deliver all products directly to the London venue, we are unable to chase up any ambient products that have not arrived with us in Bristol, so please pay attention to the delivery schedule when this is sent through, to ensure you make your delivery on time.
