Whitmuir Farm, Lamancha, West Linton EH46 7BB

Join Robert Cruise, head butcher at Whitmuir, to find out what goes into their sausages. Starting from the carcass in the butchery, Robert will demonstrate the cuts of meat they use for sausages. Working through a number of recipes, you will see how Whitmuir mix the sausage meat and string the sausages. Practice stringing some sausages and you can take them home. Protective clothing will be provided for use within the butchery.
