Farm Backgroud: 3500 acres and main enterprises are Beef, pigs and woodland The estate is a re-wilding project, where herds of animals free roam over large areas of land managing the habitat through grazing. The estate has been out of conventional farming for 10 years and is now a re-wilding project. Three areas, two of 700 acres and one of 1100 acres have been ringfenced and all internal fences removed. Herds of English longhorn cattle, Exmoor Ponies, Tamwoth pigs and Fallow deer now free roam over these areas managing the vegetation through grazing. For more information please visit www.knepp.co.uk
