Nominate for the Sunday Telegraph’s top 1,000?

14 February 2011

To mark the start of the British economy’s recovery from the recent financial crisis and recession, The Daily and The Sunday Telegraph have set out to establish which companies will drive that growth, creating the jobs and the wealth the country needs.

With your help they plan to publish and profile the Top 1,000 companies that form the core of corporate Britain. The rankings will be endorsed by some of the country’s leading professional institutes. They want to identify the hidden stars operating in all sectors of the economy and in all parts of the country.

They are focusing their rankings on businesses in the £5m to £500m turnover range but will make exceptions for companies that have shown particular promise.

We need to show how this can work in practice, and lobby government to gain farmers and the public a real voice in the research that is done in their name.
