Low carbon arable production - FREE event, Wiltshire

An afternoon seminar session will be held in Yatesbury, Wiltshire on Friday 23 September, looking into low carbon farming practices in relation to arable production. Expert speakers will talk about the importance of soil management to reduce nitrous oxide emissions and increase carbon sequestration and practical measures that can be implemented to reduce a farms carbon footprint. We'll also hear Hugo House from Good Energy talk about on-farm renewable energy opportunities. The afternoon talks will be followed by a farm tour, seeing low carbon arable production in practice and an evening buffet supper.
The event is FREE but you must register your interest and reserve a place to ensure you get fed and watered!
