All of our products are sold nationally in premier food halls, prestigious restaurants, multiple retailers as well as our own web sales and two own brand shops.
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Butcher to manage our Farm Shop and our new state of the art cutting plant. Our farm shop is located two miles south of Overton in North Hampshire just over one hour from West London, and is open to both the public and the catering trade. The shop stocks;

  • Seasonal organic fruit and vegetables grown in our Walled Garden.
  • Organic beef, lamb, pork, wild boar and chicken.
  • Buffalo mozzarella, ice cream, milk and meat products.
  • Homemade jams and honey
  • Pies, quiches, sausage rolls and pasties
  • Organic Ale & Lager
  • Buffalo Biltong

We are looking for an experienced butcher with retail experience, who is comfortable with handling and preparing organic meat of all kinds.

Applicants must be able to prepare meat to a high standard and have excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills. A block test must be passed in order for candidates to be considered for this position.
