Soil Association Organic Food Awards 2010

20 May 2010

Now in their 22nd year, the Soil Association's Organic Food Awards showcase the very best in quality organic food and drink - and highlight the imaginative and successful way in which individuals and companies are contributing to the resurgence in organic, local and seasonal food.

A three-day tasting marathon in July of over 600 entries, judged by an expert panel of over 60 chefs, restaurateurs, food writers and nutritionists, the awards are open to all certified organic producers. Judging in all categories is by blind tasting and all products are judged on taste, smell, texture and appearance.

"These awards are a great opportunity for you to showcase your best quality organic food to win the coveted awards logo," says Feona Horrex, the Soil Association's events officer. "To enter you will need to return your entry from by Friday 4 June."
