The estate also has a small kitchen garden, horses and a stocked lake.

The potential applicant would be the only other full-time member of staff apart from the Farm Manager so would be able to and encouraged to take an active hands-on role in all the farm enterprises. Including all types of livestock work, tractor and loader operations, processing of farm products, BD prep work, compost tea application and helping with educational visits.

On-farm accommodation is available in the form of a 1-bedroom cottage flat and agricultural wages would be paid. As we are a predominately livestock farm some weekend work would be required. Also during busy times such as harvest and lambing, extra hours may need to be worked.
