With our resident award winning cheesemaker Clive Curtis

Making our soft cheese 'dancys fancy' which has won a silver medal in the British Cheese Awards, and learning about the various cultures & methods used to Make a variety of cheeses. Also discussing butter and yoghurt production.

All methods shown can be easily adapted for home production!

Carrying on the discussions over a 2 course organic lunch in the organic farm shop cafe with Clive.

Cost: £85 incl lunch and some cheese

The soft cheese will be ready to collect 2-3 weeks later to enjoy at home - or for a small cost it can be sent if you are far away.
