All methods shown can be easily adapted for home production!
Carrying on the discussions over a 2 course organic lunch in the organic farm shop cafe with Clive.
Cost: £85 incl lunch and some cheese
The soft cheese will be ready to collect 2-3 weeks later to enjoy at home - or for a small cost it can be sent if you are far away.
