Come for a walk on the Daylesford Farm and learn basic foraging tips to enjoy nature’s bounty from the hedgerows, river, fields and woods. Discover and pick flavour intense herbs like wild garlic and wood sorrel, to accompany wild meats such as crayfish, pigeon or rabbit. This is a pre-cursor to the wild food Cookery School course, so why not stay with us for a two day experience with chef and nutritionist Vladimir Niza?
Cost: £30 including refreshments and tasters from the foraging trip
