Learn essential skills to make the most of the season's game. The morning is a practical class in plucking, portioning, boning out and stuffing game birds, with a demonstration on how to skin and break down a venison carcass. To complete the experience, stay for lunch and an afternoon game cookery class with Cookery School chef and nutritionist Vladimir Niza.
