Vibrant colours, bold spices and full flavours capture the truly wonderful cuisine of Morocco. In this class we will gain insight to the enchanting culture of the Moors by creating traditional foods including tagines, flatbreads, harrisa, cous cous and of course, something sweet. Lunch is included in the class and will be a tasting of the dishes prepared.
