There aren’t many places where you can see the meat on the butcher’s table and follow it through to your supper – but at Whitmuir the Organic Place you can!
The course runs for four Thursday evenings in October, from 6.30pm to 9pm:
- 3rd October – Lamb
- 10th October – Pork
- 17th October – Beef (forequarter)
- 24th October – Beef (hindquarter).
Starting in the butchery to watch Whitmuir's master butcher at the cutting table, then into the kitchen to watch the head chef work his magic and through to the restaurant for a light supper featuring one of the cuts of the evening and more discussion.
