Controlling Parasites in Organic Cattle and Sheep - Northern Ireland
Date: Thursday 8 March 2012
Venue: Greenmount Campus, Co. Antrim, Northern Ireland
Time: 10am – 4pm
This Soil Association event will bring together specialists to help farmers improve returns from organic cattle and sheep production.
Following the success of the “Understanding Soil” event held last year, delegate feedback highlighted a clear interest in developing a better understanding of internal and external parasites in organic cattle and sheep systems, including information on management practices to reduce treatments and avoid anthelmintic resistance.
We welcome all farmers and interested parties to attend.
Tickets cost £20 (plus VAT) for producer members and £35 (plus VAT) for non-producer members*. Advanced booking is essential.
Please book your place by phoning Astrid Toner on 0117 9142400.
