Hosting an organic fundraising feast

To show your support for a more sustainable food and farming future, why not organise a feast of an event and raise money to support the work of the Soil Association. Whether it’s a dinner party, bake sale, or coffee morning, our resources and recipes can be adapted to make your event a great success. All you have to do is share your feast and reasons to love organic food and farming, and remember to collect those donations.

Get involved

To get you started we've got some fantastic organic recipe ideas from some of the UK's top chefs – including Allegra McEvedy, Hugh-Fearnley Whittingstall, Raymond Blanc and Valentine Warner. For further help with your meal planning see our top tips for ‘Organic on a Budget’ and check out why organic food offers great value for both your wallet and for the planet.

Once you've decided on the type of foodie event you want to organise, be sure to invite your guests or promote your event widely. If you'd like to collect donations at the event simply download our fundraising guide below and use our donation form on the day. There are a number of ways you can send in your donations, see the guide for full details.

We'd love to hear all about your events so please take lots of photos and then upload them to our Flickr photo album or share them on our Facebook page.
We hope you have great fun celebrating planet-friendly food and farming and knowing your support will really making a difference to a more sustainable farming future.
