Grange Bakery has been a traditional craft bakery for over 100 years. Using local organic flours from the watermill at Little Salkeld and FWP Matthews Ltd, we bake fresh daily a range of organic breads and buns. Our bread is baked in a traditional 'trap' oven, which apart from a brief period for maintenance work has been 'hot' for the past 80 years. We also produce a range of 'clean label' cakes, traybakes and pies. As well as three retail shops, we also supply over 80 local businesses with our fresh daily products.
