BigBarn is a local food website that helps people to find good, safe, accountable food from local sources. It allows small, struggling, rural producers to sell direct and get a better price – giving farmers a better deal and customers fresher, cheaper food,. This helps to reduce food miles, increases food knowledge and education as well as increasing agricultural diversity and boosts local rural economies to make those communities more sustainable.
BigBarn have teamed up with the Soil Association to provide a bespoke page of offers for Soil Association members on the BigBarn website. The page features exclusively Soil Association certified farmers and producers, and all offer a discount to customers who buy their wares through the BigBarn website.
