Soil Association Organic Food Festival 2008

Soil Association Organic Food Festival, Bristol, 6-7 September 2008

Saturday 10am – 6pm
Sunday 10am – 5pm

Information for exhibitors

We are delighted to be hosting the Soil Association Organic Food Festival 2008, sponsored by Yeo Valley Organic, working with Creativity Events, our event organisers. Set in Bristol’s famous harbourside, the Festival spans the areas of Millennium Square, Anchor Square and the Amphitheatre area, all superb locations for creating an authentic, traditional festival feel, with a professional edge. In 2007, over 40,000 visitors were attracted to this event, which has been created for you to showcase your very best organic food, drink, fashion, beauty and skincare and homeware products.

For 2008, we aim to increase the vibe of the festival and provide more on-site entertainment and things to do so visitors have more to see, hear, try and buy, with the newest attraction being our ‘grow your own’ garden feature.

The event is promoted widely across the national and regional press and to specific households throughout the South West.

We will be at the festival actively telling visitors about our work and encouraging them to join the Soil Association charity, so helping more and more people to understand the direct link between your products and services and how these relate to organic and sustainable farming practices.

The Festival is open to all growers, producers and retailers of certified organic foods, textiles, health and skincare products, with different stand size options to suit a variety of budgets and requirements.

If you’ve never exhibited at the festival before here are a few reasons why you should get involved:
• An affordable and effective way to create maximum brand exposure
• One of the most highly rated outdoor festival events for product sampling and sales
• The opportunity for you to put a face to your brand and to tell your story.
• A great way to meet your loyal customers
• An easy way to get feedback on your products, hold competitions or giveaways
