The Food for Life Catering Mark consultation on cook-freeze/steam-cook meals closed on 18 February 2013. The Food for Life Catering Mark standards consultations on free range eggs and Real and wholemeal bread closed on 15 January. The findings of each consultation will now be considered by the Catering Mark Standards Committee. Any changes to the standards will be announced in summer 2013 through Catering Mark e-news and an update on this page.
