Organic Supply Chain Report Launch
Launch of the Organic Supply Chain Challenges & Opportunities Report
10:00 - 12:00 at Tuesday 10th October 2017 - Planet Organic, Devonshire Square, London, EC2M 4AE
With uncertainty surrounding Brexit and food inflation, organic supply chains are set to become increasingly complex, with businesses in this rapidly expanding market becoming increasingly vulnerable to a series of new and difficult tensions. Sustainable food needs sustainable supply chains and although the organic food industry is flourishing, we believe failure to understand and face these challenges has the potential to impact future growth.
Soil Association Certification have been working with a range of stakeholders, gathering insights, which have informed our new in-depth organic supply chain report. The report establishes an industry consensus and explores not only the challenges faced, but also innovations and successes in the sector. Setting out to inspire a range of stakeholders and assist them in planning for future growth, we have identified key areas of focus for organic industry efforts in building resilient, sustainable supply chains which will meet future demand.
We’ll be launching our report at Planet Organic - Devonshire Square, London, on Tuesday 10th October. This free of charge event will feature a lively Q&A session with some of the businesses behind key report case studies and an organic breakfast courtesy of Planet Organic.
If you’d like to join us on Tuesday 10th October, please register here, but hurry, as places will be limited.
