Clive (Shipton Mill) will be leading this workshop. He is a baker who has and continues to accumulate information on controlling this living art and wants every one to make at least one loaf that they are proud of. He feels passionately that every one should have the basic skills to feed their family and friends. We will be using the farm's own butter,butter milk and some of the flour made with our own wheat from the surrounding fields.
