Aoife Behan
Director of Impact and Insights
Aoife is Director of Impact and Insights. Her role is to determine the impact of Soil Association’s programmes and activities on progress against its 10 year strategy, and ensure it scales change by widening breadth of reach and depth of impact.
Aoife is also Director of Soil Association Scotland. Her role is to build Soil Association Scotland’s influence and credibility to transform the way we eat, farm and care for the natural world.
Aoife is a Nuffield Farming Scholar 2020 exploring policies to mainstream agroecology. Prior to joining Soil Association in 2016, Aoife held social policy and social research roles and spent time running her own food events business. She has a MSc in Social Policy and Planning from London School of Economic and a PG Dip in Gastronomy, the interdisciplinary study of food.
