Policy and Influencing Officer - Food for Life Get Togethers
Salary: £23,254 pro rata (£9,302 actual per annum)
Contract: 12 month fixed term contract
Hours: Part-time, 15 hours per week
Location: Home-based (some UK wide travel required)

About the opportunity
The Policy and Influencing Officer will work closely with Food for Life Get Togethers (FFLGT) regional teams in the programme’s test and learn regions (Wales, Northern Ireland, Scotland, North of England, the Midlands) to complete a distinct piece of work to define the scope, focus and reach of the programme’s policy and influencing plan which will embeds FFLGT’s approach at a devolved nation, regional and local authority level.
Above all we are looking for:
Experience of developing and implementing impactful policy / influencing activities at a devolved nation, regional, local authority or institutional level
Experience of consultation and insight gathering at a strategic level
Experience of writing external and internal facing communications and marketing pieces
