Our supporter promise
Our supporter promise explains how we treat our supporters, how we use donations responsibly, and the standards you can expect from us.
At the Soil Association, our passionate, driven and generous members and supporters are at the heart of what we do. We couldn’t transform the way we eat, farm and care for our natural environment without you.
Our fundraising promise
We aim to develop long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with our members and supporters, and this underpins all our fundraising activities.
Everyone we contact has the opportunity to remove themselves from future communications and we are committed to carefully monitoring the content and frequency of our approach to individuals. Our aim is for all Soil Association supporters and members to have the very best giving experience. As such, we promise to use your donations carefully and responsibly.
We abide by the law which requires us, in deciding whether to accept, refuse or return a donation, to consider which action is in the charity’s best overall interest.
If you have a complaint
There may be times when our fundraising falls short of the high standard that we aim for. When this happens, we would like to know so we can address this as quickly as possible to put things right and make necessary improvements. If you are dissatisfied with any of our fundraising activities, you can log a complaint by completing our [online form].
