Resources for farmers

Sharing knowledge and experience from Scotland's farmers, crofters and land managers, and experts from further afield. Led by farmers, with input from experts, our field labs help to find low input solutions to practical challenges faced on the ground and in the field.

Our policy work

In Scotland we face a climate emergency, biodiversity crash, and dietary health crisis. Soil Association Scotland works to make the connection between crises, and to provide the joined-up solutions in policy and practice that are urgently needed.

In Scotland, we are funded by the Scottish Government to get more good food onto public sector plates.

More than 139,000 Food for Life Served Here school meals are served across Scotland every day by our certified local authorities.
