We work across the whole farming and food system in Wales: from the farmer in the field, to the food on your plate. We are working to deliver real solutions to the challenges that our food system faces now and in the future.

Exchange supports farmers to adopt practices that make them more resilient and profitable, through robust data, tailored advice and new funding opportunities.

Sustainable Food Places Wales

The Sustainable Food Places programme in Wales is delivered by Food Sense Wales. It supports a network of 7 members and a wider network of food partnerships in every local authority.

Innovative Farmers
