Changes to the GB list of approved third country certification bodies
Defra have published an update to the GB list of approved third country certification bodies, to remove some Indian certification bodies.
The changes are to Annex III Recognised non-UK countries and territories.
The India entry (Tab 6) has been updated to remove five organic control bodies no longer accredited by APEDA India.

The Defra approval covered export of unprocessed crop products.
Defra have confirmed that Certificates of inspection (COIs) for consignments which left India before 22nd October remain valid.
