Meat stamps, endangered species and updates for clients in Northern Ireland
The Soil Association charity Standards team is consulting on new permitted inputs for clients in Northern Ireland, a higher standard amendment for organic abattoirs, and for an updated higher standard for food processing.
In Northern Ireland, we are consulting on updates to organic crop and feed production inputs and organic food and drink processing aids.
For abattoirs, we would like to hear your views on the use of the organic meat stamp
For food processing we would like to introduce a requirement to help safeguard critically endangered species within our food and drink standards.
