Farmland birds that once filled our skies have dropped by over 50% across the UK.

Turtle doves, starlings, sparrows - they’re fewer every year. Species that were once common are now struggling to survive.

But there is hope. With 70% of the UK made up of farmland, farmers are at the heart of nature’s recovery.

For 80 years, we’ve worked alongside farmers and changemakers to make nature-friendly farming possible. The momentum is with us. But we need to move fast.

£50 could help us increase awareness of organic farming and it’s impact on helping nature recover

UK Wildlife is in serious decline. 26% of UK mammal species face extinction. 50% of farmland birds have disappeared since 1970. 70% of the UK is farmland, and saving our wildlife is only possible if we work with farmers to rebuild habitats, restore the soil and revive nature.
