Restrictions on imports

The European Commission has extended the period for additional controls on the import of certain organic goods from Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Russian Federation until the end of 2018.

Please see the related document for details of the products affected and additional controls required. The additional controls apply to products with CN codes chapter 10, 11, 12 and 23, and are relevant only to the importer of the goods, not later stages in the supply chain.

If you import, or intend to import, any products affected by this, you need to take the actions detailed in the document linked above.
