Our practical approach to helping farmers solve problems is critical in ensuring innovations to the great challenges facing agriculture actually work on the ground. We support ecological approaches to farming and land management. This means helping producers increase soil fertility, productivity and biodiversity, manage pests, and address the many other challenges they face, by using and safeguarding the renewable resources that are available on and around their land.

Crucially for farmers, in a market where many are squeezed by rising costs, it is about finding management solutions that can be sustained for generations, rather than new pesticides or other inputs that need to be purchased year after year.
