- Beth Kelsey
Beth grew up on her family farm in Devon, immersing herself in all aspects of the business since a young age; producing vegetables for a local box scheme and farm shop and tending to cattle, sheep and pigs. Beth gained a Geography degree in Bath, writing her dissertation on the Sustainable Food Consumer in 2012. After graduating, she worked on a food and drink project in North Devon, assisting the growth of a number of artisan food producers. In 2014, she embarked on a world-wide trip, during which time, she worked on a dairy farm during calving in New Zealand and mustered cattle on an Australian outback station.
Back in Devon, she worked on a dairy farm with a pedigree herd of Jersey cows, before joining Soil Association Certification in 2016. Outside work, Beth has a great love of the outdoors and likes long walks, horse-riding and sailing.
