Green Kitchen Standard Development Manager
Having been involved in the development of the Green Kitchen Standard (GKS), a new scheme developed in partnership with the Carbon Trust, Hannah took over as Development Manager of the scheme in January 2017. In this role, Hannah works with caterers across various sectors to help them achieve the Standard and become more energy, water and waste efficient.
Before joining Soil Association Certification Hannah practised as a Commercial Litigation Solicitor at Burges Salmon LLP. Seeking a change of career to align more with her interest in food and nutrition, she joined the Soil Association’s Food for Life Catering Mark team in October 2014 as a certification officer.
Hannah is also a qualified Nutritional Therapist and runs her own nutritional therapy practice in Bristol.
