Hannah Simpson

Senior Certification Officer - Producer

Hannah graduated with a MSc (Hons) in Applied Animal Behaviour and Welfare, with a background focused predominately on farm animal welfare whilst  specialising in Livestock Welfare Assessment. With particular interest in on farm measures of animal welfare, Hannah has been involved in various research projects conducted at Newcastle University and has since worked within different farming systems in and around Yorkshire.  

With strong Northern roots, Hannah grew up as part of a long standing farming community in North Yorkshire. As a certified diver, keen cyclist and a very devoted dog owner Hannah enjoys long walks with her dog, and spending her spare time in the great outdoors!
