Certification Officer - Food for Life Served Here
Mark joined the Soil Association at the beginning of 2017. Working as a Certification Officer in the Food For Life Served Here team, he works on a daily basis with caterers in hospitals, educational settings and wildlife reserves.
Mark started working life as a cook in fine dining restaurants and hotels in the UK before moving to Spain and then France to cook.
More recently, before coming to the Soil Association he worked in the fish wholesale trade in a diverse role of business development, marketing and logistical support. He says he misses the kitchen, but secretly loves home cooking.
Out of work, he’s a big walker and runner with a few half marathons under his belt.
