Meeting supply chain challenges and sharing opportunities
Whether balancing supply and demand, improving efficiency or managing risk, we know that managing supply chains is a complex job.
With a focus on maintaining organic integrity, our recent Building Trust event is just one way we are supporting the sector by sharing insights and solutions.
Following on from this successful event, we have continued to work with organic businesses, establishing the current industry consensus around the challenges and opportunities within organic supply chains.
Setting out to inspire organic businesses and assist them in planning for future growth, Organic Supply Chains 2017 is the most comprehensive report of its kind in the UK today and is an essential read and reference document for anyone working within the industry selling organic products or assisting businesses in selling organic in the UK.

Connecting caterers with suppliers
Our Food for Life Served Here award encourages caterers to source organic products, and as a result of this, £8 million was spent on organic products last year via this scheme.
We offer our licenses the opportunity to become members of the Supplier Scheme free of charge and half price to organic wholesalers. If you’d like to find out more about becoming a Food for Life Supplier, please contact us.
If you’re an award holding caterer looking for suppliers that can supply products which meet the requirements of the award, then our Find a Supplier resource can help connect you with members of our Food for Life Supplier Scheme.
Bringing our licensees together to grow organic
We hold regular working group meetings within the fresh produce and meat sectors our licensees operate in; they offer the opportunity to:
- Network with others and share ideas and experiences
- Discuss challenges within the sector and work together to find solutions
- Learn about new and upcoming opportunities
