Supply Scheme Manager
My role as Supply Chain Development Manager is focused on improving organic supply chains in the foodservice sector. This involves working with organic producers and processors to break down barriers to entry and highlight opportunities.
I also manage the Food for Life Supplier Scheme and help suppliers make the most of the opportunities that the Food for Life Served Here award presents. I cover the UK providing support to suppliers including training, webinars and technical and marketing advice.
Previously, I worked as a FFL Development Manager and supported caterers in the Midlands with their award applications. I come from a food manufacturing background in technical and NPD roles.
The best thing about this job is seeing the impact our work has along the whole supply chain. Especially how much money is being increasingly spent on British, MSC, Fairtrade, Free Range and Organic products.”
