Soil Association Certification is undertaking a 12-month listening exercise to gather insights from stakeholders as we seek to continue the spirit and mission of UK Organic in supporting the whole organic sector.
UK Organic were a community-interest company, formerly a trade body (the Organic Trade Board) created through EU funding to promote organic across the UK. Following its closure in July 2025 in the absence of further funding, Soil Association Certification is collecting feedback and insights from stakeholders across the whole organic sector to inform the shape of future organic sector support.
