Horticulture & Wellbeing Lead 0.6 FTE

Contract: One year Fixed Term Contract with the hope of extending. Freelance or self-employed considered

We are seeking a Horticulture & Wellbeing Lead to plan, deliver and monitor horticultural and environmental activity across our care farm. This is a hands-on role combining habitat management, therapeutic engagement with disabled adults and hosting volunteer/corporate groups. From July 2026, you will deliver three sessions per week for beneficiaries, while leading the development of a thriving, sustainable and inclusive farm environment that supports both people and nature.
